Most projects are 3 to 6 weeks from our first call to launch. Shopify stores tend to be on the faster end; full custom sites with branding take a bit longer. The biggest factor is how quickly you can provide content and feedback, which we make as easy as possible with structured checklists.
We always prefer client-provided content because you know your business best. That said, we offer copywriting and stock photo curation as add-ons if you need support. We send a content guide that tells you exactly what we need and in what format.
Shopify for e-commerce, Squarespace or WordPress for content-driven sites, and Webflow for clients who want more design control. We recommend the right platform for your specific use case during the discovery call.
Yes. Every site we build comes with a recorded walkthrough and written guide for the most common updates. We choose platforms specifically because they are manageable without technical experience.
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, you can purchase our Website Care and Updates service as a monthly engagement for ongoing maintenance, updates, and monitoring.
Revisions are built into every package. We work in structured rounds so each review session is productive. If there is ever a point where the design is genuinely not working for you, we talk it through openly and figure out how to get it right.
Yes. If work has not started, you receive a full refund within 24 hours. Partial refunds apply once work is in progress. See our Refund Policy for the complete schedule.
Absolutely. Most of our clients are not local. The entire process is handled remotely through video calls, email, and shared project tools. Location has never been a problem.
