We provide digital web design services including custom websites, Shopify stores, brand identity, logo design, social media design kits, and website care. 2. What We Collect

Information You Provide

When you contact us, place an order, or complete an onboarding questionnaire, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, business name or website, country, project details, and any content or files you share during a project.

We do not collect or store payment card data. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website, standard server logs and analytics tools may collect: your IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, pages visited, session duration, and referring URL.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Delivering the services you have ordered and managing your project
• Communicating about your project, delivery, and revisions
• Processing payments via Stripe
• Responding to inquiries and support requests
• Maintaining financial records as required by US tax law
• Improving our services and website

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary: with Stripe for payment processing; with cloud storage providers for secure file delivery; with email service providers for transactional messages. If we are acquired or merged, client data may transfer subject to advance notice.

5. Data Retention

• Active client data: retained during the project and 12 months after completion
• Financial records: 7 years for US tax compliance
• Inquiry data from non-clients: 12 months of inactivity, then deleted

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@lillyflowerdesigns.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We respond within 14 business days.

7. Security

All data transmission is SSL-encrypted. We limit internal access to client data and use Stripe for all payment handling. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take proportionate precautions.

9. Children
