The difference between a template and a custom site is not just visual. It is structural. Templates are built to work for a general type of business. A custom site is built to work for your specific customers, your specific content, and your specific goal, whether that is booking calls, selling products, growing your list, or simply establishing credibility.
We start by understanding what the website needs to do. This is not about preferences or aesthetics first -- those come later. The first conversation is about who is visiting, what they need to understand, and what action you want them to take. Once that is clear, we design around it.
Our design process uses Figma. You see everything before a line of code is written. You get interactive previews, not static screenshots, so you can click through the design the way a real visitor would. When you approve it, we build it.
We work primarily in Squarespace, WordPress, and Webflow depending on what your needs are. E-commerce requirements go to Shopify. We recommend the platform that fits the project, not the one that is easiest for us to build on.
Every build goes through a review process: load speed testing, mobile testing on real devices, form and link verification, and cross-browser checks. We do not consider a project done until it is actually done.
