Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern all services provided by Lilly Flower Designs, 912 Briarrose Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70810, USA. By ordering any service or engaging with us, you accept these Terms. If ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Our Services

Lilly Flower Designs provides digital design services. All deliverables are sent electronically to the email address provided at checkout. No physical goods are shipped. Services include: custom website design and development, Shopify store design, brand and graphic design, logo and identity packages, social media design kits, and website care and maintenance.

3. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed when Stripe successfully processes payment. By completing checkout you confirm you are 18 or older, you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy, and your payment information is accurate and authorized.

All prices are in US Dollars and processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card data.

4. Scope and Revisions

Each service has a defined scope based on your package. Work outside that scope requires a written change order and additional payment. Revision rounds are included as specified in each package. Revision rounds that are not used within 60 days of delivery expire.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: provide requested information and content within 5 business days of request; respond to review and approval requests within 5 business days; and disclose any planned platform changes during the project. Delays caused by late client responses extend the delivery timeline proportionally.

6. No Performance Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic levels, conversion rates, or search rankings. Website performance depends on factors outside our control including your content, platform, and marketing activity.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables become your property. Our internal tools, methodologies, and code libraries remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, USA. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
